Seccheto is a small village on the south-western coast of the island and enjoys a drier, windier and warmer climate than the rest of the territory. It is not uncommon to be able to swim even in late November! The village is surrounded by a hill near the hamlet of Vallebuia where many interesting paths for trekking and mountain bike lovers start.

Casa Melagrana and Casa dei Gatti, facing each other, are in the upper part of the village, and each has its own great privacy. You can leave the car and go to the sea in two minutes on foot to the village beach or to Cavoli and Fetovaia, beautiful beaches, five minutes by car or fifteen/twenty on foot. Casa nel Bosco on the other hand is up in Vallebuia, in an extraordinary place for peace and panorama.
