OUTDOOR: a large PERGOLA facing south-east with a view of the landscape and the sea (full of light in the morning, cool in the afternoon) with a large table where you can eat comfortably, a very comfortable sofa, hammock, shower and sink with hot water.

A large TERRACE above the house with a beautiful view of the valley and the sea with two sofas and table, ideal for relaxing during the day in the less hot months and special for aperitifs.

OUTDOOR KITCHEN and barbecue in the back where there is another small intimate terrace among the citrus trees with a table for four people. SLEEPING: 1 bedroom with a 140 cm bed, a comfortable 140 cm sofa bed in the living room, 1 single bed in the habitable mezzanine which is accessed from the back of the house). The house has five beds but is rented for four people.           LAUNDRY: in a small patio inside the house there is a washing machine and some spaces where you can put your suitcases.
